A 20% deposit is required to secure your reservation. This deposit helps cover cost and arrangements made in advance, especially in the event of last-minute changes or cancellations that affect our schedule and operations.

Please note: the deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled tour.

The remaining balance may be paid anytime within 7 days prior to the tour, or in person on the day of the tour via cash or card (secure card payment; a surcharge fee applies).

• Cash: Payments accepted in Samoan Tala (WST) or US Dollars (USD).

• Card: Payments may be made via secure card transaction by scanning the provided code. A small surcharge fee applies.

• Online Payment: Guests wishing to pay in advance may request a secure online payment link.

• Full refund for cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the tour date.

• 50% refund for cancellations made 3–6 days prior to the tour date.

• No refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour or for no-shows.

In the event that SummerWind Samoa must cancel a tour due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, guests may reschedule or receive a full refund.

Guests who fail to attend the tour without prior notice will be charged the full tour amount, with no refund issued.

If a lower publicly available price for the same tour, date, and inclusions is found elsewhere at the time of booking, please contact us with details, and we will review it. Prices listed on third-party travel platforms may include their own service or booking fees.
