Payment and Cancellation Policy
1. Payment Options
Guests may choose one of the following payment methods:
• Bank transfer (in advance)
• Cash payment on the day of the tour
• Secure online payment link (available upon request, in advance)
2. Group & Custom Booking Deposits
For large group bookings, private tours, or customised itineraries, a 20% non-refundable deposit may be required to secure the booking.
• This will be clearly communicated at the time of booking
• The deposit helps cover advance costs and scheduling commitments
• The remaining balance will be payable by bank transfer prior to the tour.

3.Cancellation & Refund Policy
Standard Bookings (no deposit required):
• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the tour date: no charge
• Cancellations made 3–6 days before the tour date: 50% of the tour cost may be charged
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour or no-shows: 100% charge
Bookings with a Required Deposit (group or private tours):
• Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 7 days of the tour date
• Additional payments already made will follow the standard cancellation terms above
4. No-Show Policy
Guests who do not attend their scheduled tour without prior notice will be charged the full tour amount.
5. Weather & Operator Cancellations:
If SummerWind Samoa must cancel a tour due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered:
• A full refund, or
• The option to reschedule to another available date
6. Best Price Guarantee Policy
We guarantee our best available rates when you book directly through the official SummerWind Samoa website. If you find a lower publicly available price for the same tour, date, and inclusions, please contact us and we’ll review it. Third-party platforms may include additional service or booking fees.
